According to an 8 year old, "it was so good, it was the best thing in the world." His favorite part was the magical fizzy lifting drinks. From an adult standpoint, it was enjoyable and the amount of food was good. We had leftovers that we brought home. The experience was good although they did bring our food to the wrong table at first. Overall we had a really lovely time and it is well worth a one time visit for a special occasion. They also catered wonderfully for my gluten free needs.

From the moment we sat down, Yusef's service was top-notch. He didn't just take our orders; he made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. He remembered our preferences from a previous visit (which is amazing, considering how busy it gets!), and his recommendations were spot on. Beyond the excellent food, it was Yusef's genuine personality and attentiveness that truly made the evening. He's a master of his craft, turning a simple dinner into a memorable occasion. He was very knowledgeable regarding my allergies and anticipated very smoothly, which wowed me. The atmosphere was vibrant, only negative was waiting times for our food but Yusef entertained us all while we were waiting. I loved the scones with the Pineapple jam and would love the recipe but hats off to Yusef.

We had afternoon tea here at One Aldwych with a group of kids and adults and we all enjoyed it. The Charlie and the Chocolate theme was very well done. The teas were good. They had some cool smoky cocktails which the kids liked. So our waiter made them virgin versions which we thought was sweet. The highlight of the drinks was the chocolate milks in little tiny bottles. There was a wide variety of savory and sweet and overall, it was all tasty. The favorite for the kids was the fresh cotton cancy. Our server was amazing and took great care of us. We would come back again.
