The servers were so wonderful - so rare being greeted by genuinely friendly and sweet servers these days. In particular there was a long haired ginger haired lady and a short hair red hair lady who were beams of sunshine with everyone they served despite being so busy. The frappes are too sweet imo though and they always seem to run out of their featured drink syrups!

Delicious plant based cheesecake that is so highly addictive. There are loads of seats and staff are fast and friendly. On the second floor of Fenwick's.

I went to Caffè Nero in Brent Cross with my mother and I’m very happy with the service I received from Viola. She was very kind and helpful and we really liked our drinks as well. Would definitely go again ☺️
