Overall experience was okay. The atmosphere was good with nice music being played (80s to 00s). However during my time, the music volume did increase for some unknown reason. The table we sat on was sticky but do not think it is due to food, rather the quality of the table itself. The was a problem with flies buzzing around. Maybe it was due to use sitting under the red sign l. I did not see a bug zapper installed anywhere. Maybe that could be some thing the restaurant looks into. The food was mixed. I found it good and tasty. Some other people with me said their's were overcooked/burnt and some special enquiries were not carried out, meaning the kitchen had to cook another order. The cheeseburger was on the small side. It did say 2x 3lb patties and they really were small. Maybe combining them to 1x 6lb would have looked better. The service was really good. Friendly staff and an apology from them on behave of the wrong order, with that particular order being taken off the bill. The ladies on service (I believe one was named Jessica) came over a couple of times to make sure that things were okay.
