My experience at Barnaby’s was truly wonderful from beginning to end. I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness, and it immediately made me feel at ease. A very special mention goes to Noura, whose service was absolutely flawless. She has that rare ability to be both professional and genuinely caring at the same time. Every detail of her attention — from her smile to the way she anticipated needs before I even had to ask — made me feel not just like a guest, but like someone truly valued. She brought a personal and heartfelt touch that transformed the whole experience into something memorable. I would also like to highlight Matthew, the manager, whose presence and leadership were clearly felt. He was approachable, attentive, and ensured that everything ran smoothly while still taking the time to check in personally. His professionalism, combined with his warm and welcoming attitude, really set the tone for the whole team. It’s not every day you come across a place where service feels so effortless and sincere. Thanks to Noura and Matthew, my visit was more than just a great meal — it was an experience filled with care, comfort, and joy. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this restaurant, but what made it absolutely unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by Noura. From the very beginning, she welcomed us with such warmth, genuine kindness, and professionalism that we instantly felt at home. Noura went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — attentive without ever being intrusive, always smiling, and showing a remarkable level of care and dedication. It is rare to find someone who serves not just with efficiency, but with so much heart. Her attention to detail, thoughtful recommendations, and the way she treated us with such respect and friendliness made the evening incredibly special. Noura is a true gem, and I cannot thank her enough for making our visit so memorable. I would also like to express my gratitude to Matthew, the manager, who welcomed us with the utmost politeness and professionalism. His warm reception and genuine attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. We both agree the food was amazing. I ordered the Korean chicken burger, which had amazing flavours. The wine was great and nicely chilled. Our server was Noura. Couldn’t have asked for better service. We asked for suggestions on wine and food and were not disappointed. We’ll definitely be coming back.
