This African restaurant on Old Kent Road is truly a hidden gem. The warm and inviting atmosphere makes it a perfect spot for a meal, whether you're dining with friends, family, or even on your own. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The food is bursting with flavour, prepared with care and authenticity. Every dish is a treat, but for me, the highlight is definitely the grilled fish perfectly cooked, seasoned to perfection, and always served fresh. Whether you're a fan of African cuisine or looking to try something new, this place is an absolute must-visit. Highly recommended!

I was taken here and glad I was. The staff are very accomodating and friendly and even turned on the heating as I was cold. The grilled fish is their speciality. A whole grilled fish with fried plantains and fried yam. The flavor is great you can tell that the fish was marinated for some time. Perfectly cooked flaky fish and the pepper sauce for accompaniment was very hot and flavourful. I would recommend this restaurant the DJ was playing some great tunes and the vibe was mellow and cheerful. I would be back again , and will take a photo of the fish. For some reason I took a photo of the sauce only. The added touch also is the bowls of warm water to clean the hands.
