I visited the site on Wednesday afternoon, 13th August, with my nephew who came from Canada. I wanted him to experience the slide together with my daughters, and they were all very excited. Since it’s a big company, I had high expectations, but my experience turned out quite unexpected. Even though we had pre-booked the slide, the team was still taking walk-ins, which meant we had to wait in the queue for over 10 minutes. At the desk, only one staff member the girl with long hair was serving everyone, despite there being three systems available. I must applaud her she managed everything brilliantly, stayed professional, and kept smiling without showing any stress. However, after check-in, I noticed there weren’t many staff members around considering the size of the site. The lockers were all broken, which raised concerns about safety and security. Tickets are also very expensive compared to the quality of service provided. On the positive side, the staff we did meet were all very friendly, and the slide itself was definitely fun and worth the experience. But overall, the lack of organization, staffing, and locker maintenance left me a bit disappointed.

I was invited here at the behest of one Lord Biggly Scroob, 2nd to first Earl of the Fiddle Giblet pork manor pork market. Seven pork pigeons and a carrier pork podge was enough to earn a pig pot pork magnet. Thank you!
