The temple could consider organizing volunteers for upcoming occasions and events to help manage the crowd and maintain order. I visited the temple on the first Monday of Shravan, and it was extremely crowded. Since it was a working day, many people were in a hurry. However, I noticed several individuals taking shortcuts to offer water and milk to Lord Shiva, despite clear instructions allowing only these offerings. Some spent 10–15 minutes making additional offerings, which caused delays for others. What’s even more disappointing is that some of the people doing this were known contacts or regular visitors closely associated with the temple. They should actually be setting an example by following the rules—not bypassing them. When those familiar with the system break the guidelines, it encourages others to do the same, leading to chaos and frustration for everyone else. While I understand the significance of Shravan and the devotion behind these acts, it’s equally important to be courteous to fellow devotees. A bit of mindfulness and better coordination would make the experience much smoother and more respectful for all.
