Supposed to close at 7pm on Tuesdays. Reaching at 6.45pm and the door is already locked, with the staff waiting inside. Avoid!

Visited just now. There was a young male serving people behind the counter. He was rude to the man before me who was struggling to figure out the card machine, and then I ordered a vanilla iced latte. The green haired female presenting person who made it was lovely, however I had to let them know I'd ordered it iced when they'd made hot. The man behind the counter was really rude about this, trying to tell me I hadn't ordered iced, as though I'm more likely to order a drink I didn't want than them mishear. Anyway, he remade it bur didn't add the vanilla I'd paid for! Not sure how much it should have been. I'll be avoiding that Costa as long as he works there. Awful customer service. Again, the green haired barista was lovely, and represented Costa well unlike her colleague.

A poor experience at this Costa today With the worker taking orders clearly struggling to manage the till And the person making coffees had been using the decaf coffee holder for caffeinated drinks Maybe staff need more support in a busy shop?
