We chose Rosemar for a special evening — my fiancé and I were celebrating our last night in Lisbon and his birthday. The service was perfectly friendly and relaxed, and our table next to the open kitchen was a real treat, as we love watching the dishes being prepared and seeing the chefs at work. We started with oysters served with a sauce — in our opinion, they’re even better natural, as the sauce slightly covers the pure oyster flavor, but they were still very good. Next came croquettes, which were simply delicious, followed by grilled prawns that truly elevated the meal. Then we had grilled lobster — tender, flavorful, and absolutely top quality. For dessert, we enjoyed choux paired with port wine, a perfect ending to the evening. The staff were attentive and caring throughout, making us feel truly welcome. We left fully satisfied and happy with our choice of Rosemar. A heartfelt thank you to all the team for making this evening so special!

A wonderful discovery! An impeccably designed setting, with a stylish and on-trend interior in a charming winter-garden spirit, everything is thoughtfully arranged to make the experience truly enjoyable, with remarkable attention to detail. The selection and quality of the dishes were outstanding, everything we ordered, from starters to dessert, was delicious. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff, as well as the varied wine list, were equally nice. And let’s not forget the fantastic playlist! I have to say, this is a 5/5 in its category. Congratulations to the whole team! Just loved the full experience. Highly recommended.
