Environments are quite good compared to other Chinese restaurants, but the taste is not so authentic, not spice not all😂

Food was pretty authentic and tasted good! Service was very poor though. There was one main server in the restaurant and she constantly seemed very exasperated, constantly audibly sighing and loudly shifting cutlery and chairs around. Upon our arrival, she barely acknowledged us and even seemed annoyed that we had come. We had placed a reservation much earlier in the day with a pre order of the roasted duck but she simply brushed it aside and said she did not receive our reservation and our pre order of the duck. Fortunately, the restaurant was not busy and we could still order the duck. I understand if the server was having a bad day or felt overwhelmed as she was the only server but it was a very uncomfortable experience dining at Zhen due to her demeanour throughout the night as we did not feel welcome there.
