Hotel Indigon hotelliravintola Helsingin Punavuoressa keskeisellä paikalla keskustaa. Olin yllättynyt, että ravintola Bröd on hotellin ravintola. Yleensä hotellin ravintola on suunnattu hotellissa yöpyville matkaajille, eikä kilpaile muiden ravintoloiden kanssa. Ravintola Bröd sijaitsee siis keskeisellä paikalla aivan Helsingin ydinkeskustassa. Ravintolan miljöö ja sisustus tuo mieleen kalliimman ravintolan. Vaikka tilaa ei ole paljoa, niin kattauksella on saatu aikaan varsin viihtyisä ja omalaatuinen ruokatila. Ravintolan palvelu on oikein hyvää tasoa, ehkäpä se ravintolan kohokohta. Itse ruoka on hintatasoltaan pikkaisen normaalin yläpuolella, mutta vastaavasti erittäin hyvälaatuista. Alkupalana ravintolan nimen mukaisesti leipää maustetun voin kera. Paikan kasvisburgeri on aivan erinomainen versio siitä miten kasviksista saa hyvää ruokaa. Lisukeranskalaiset taitavat tulla pakasteena ravintolaan, mutta ranskalaisten valmistus oli erittäin onnistunutta, juuri sopivasti paistettu ja maustettu. Ei kaukana viidestä tähdestä. Ruokalista saisi olla pikkaisen laajempi ja hintataso aivan hitusen alempana. Käyn varmaan uudestaankin vieraillessani Helsingissä.
