I almost got robbed and pickpocketed on my way there at least thrice, but the food was good and quick

First of all I should say it is really poor quality of delivery and also the help line doesn't activate? I was waiting for my order and it didn't come but it showed me that it was delivered to yours! But infact I was waiting for it! Today I paid 3 times for my order and I only got 2!!!! It's really disappointing I have paid 150€ and I just got only 2 of my order and one missing. I try to call the delivery but not picking the calls and KFC helpline was switched off??? What is this ? It's not professional

Das Restaurant kennt man. Die Angebote sind ganz ok, aber die Hygiene statt Fast-Food eher Last Food. Service gar nicht hilfsbereit und nicht kooperativ. Sehr schlechtes Ensemble vorallem mit diesem hässlichem Ambiente, was man nicht mal als Ambiente definieren kann. Sehr schlecht, weil ich gnädig bin und das Essen ganz ok ist gebe ich eine 2/5.
