I’m very disappointed with the service at Subway Clydebank. My teenager went in to use their student discount, but the staff were unpolite and unprofessional. They questioned if they really had an ID and even asked for the name of their school, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. This is not the kind of treatment young customers should receive. It’s worth pointing out that the Subway Partick branch treats students with respect and handles discounts in a much friendlier way, so it was very disappointing to see such a difference in attitude. I hope management at Clydebank can review how their staff interact with young people and improve the customer experience.
