Horrible branch that doesn't know their own products! I asked whether a sub was part of the student deal and the staff said yes and then when paying he said sorry it's not anymore in the system. When I asked if I can choose another one he said he's already made my sub. Had to end up paying more for nothing when it's not even my fault!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT VISIT! HIGHLY INCOMPETENT so please don't visit this branch so that it will shut down and at least a better business can open in its place. Also, this is the SECOND time this exact things has happened to me. Seriously? This is how you're going to treat students who aren't earning?

Was going in to get a breakfast and was a bit late for it. So I got a 6inch sub with some sort of sausage and extra cheese on it. No fresh orange juice, so had to make do with just the sub. £5.49 for just a small sandwich absolutely shocking 😲.
