06/08/25 approximately 1pm employee an absolute star. Broke the item he was going to give me and was getting ready to give me another item in replacement. Not had this level of customer service before. Replacement Item refused because it wasn’t being taken for an aesthetic reason. But thank you to the barista for being so thoughtful.

Short stop on a shopping day with my son to refuel. Fast and friendly service. The shop was bright and perfectly clean. Not very busy on a lunchtime which I was surprised about but definitely not complaining! Drinks were lovely with no complaints - we had a caramel frappe & an iced latte. Toilets were clean & well stocked with toilet rolls. Thumbs up! Will be back.

Very clean but small Starbucks just a few minutes from Glasgow central station by foot. The staff are very nice and also make the coffee quickly. No complaints as they know how to make a good coffee at this one.
