It's been a long time since I last floated and I'd forgotten how powerful it is to have control over your mind. Float ONE is the best float centre I've been to. The owner is clearly invested in maximising your mental and physical health as you'll see when you look around, but also when being guided through the practice. The facility has state of the art float pods and every creature comfort you could need. I came out feeling like my busy brain had been reset, and I slept like I haven't in years. I'm extremely grateful that this facility exists and to the owner for putting in the hard work to make it what it is. See you next week!

My partner and I had a couple float and we can honestly say we left feeling amazing. It's a strange sensation of feeling weightless whilst completely switching off from everything. We had thought about doing the float tank for a while, and wish we'd done it sooner. Definitely recommend it and we will be back very soon.
