They sent me the wrong order and after i called them they blamed it on the driver and uber driver when i had ordered via lieferando. Then they called again that it was their driver who did the mistake.I told them to bring me the same order but the guy on the phone told me that he will do a new one because the old one was cold. Then when the order came it was the same one that was made 2 hours ago. I called them again and the guy on the phone told me that I didn’t do a new one because it was still warm. He told me to bring a new order after i said that i will leave a bad review and complain to lieferando. Then he blamed it on me said it was my fault for that because i didn’t wanted a new order, imagine i waited 2 hours and should have been waited another hour for that. And in the end he told me go complain to the lieferando. Very disappointed with everything. I’ve been a regular client for a very long time and that’s how im treated. The owner of the restaurant should hire better employers so they should know how to speak with their clients. It’s a SHAME an i realy feel sorry because is an amaizing restaurant with the wrong employes
