I had a brilliant day on the course learning how to make all sorts of wonderful delights. Annika is a real talent and has so much knowledge about the processes, she is all researched and I learned a lot. The food we made was delicious! I got to experience how it felt to be in a real bakery and watch everything rising and baking in the ovens. I can’t recommend enough, and there was a lovely goody bag to take home and share! Yum!

I have to admit that I am rather obsessed with cinnamon buns. I was very excited to hear that Annika was going to run a course on "an introduction to baking sourdough and cinnamon buns" A small group of us spent a lovely day with Annika talking about sourdough and buns to our hearts content.We went home at the end of the day happily fed with delicious sourdough pizza baked in Annika's pizza oven, some proved bread to retard in the fridge and bake the next day, and a trayfull of freshly baked cinnamon buns. Also the foundations of the skills that we need to recreate then at home (..... well try!!!)I have now rounded up all of the ingredients and am looking forward to practising my new skills.Thanks Annika for a very enjoyable and interesting day with a group of lovely ladies
