I’ve been coming to the hospital with my dad for the past three years, and Mal’s kindness has always meant a lot to me. He not only makes great coffee but also genuinely cares about people. After months of not coming to the hospital, he still remembered exactly what I used to order and had it ready for me at the till, that’s excellent service. I agree with a previous review that, in general, the staff could work on their manners, but Mal and Roberto have always stood out. They’ve consistently been kind, attentive, and professional honestly, the only ones in the shop who showed real decency. I always get an oat latte, sometimes with a chocolate muffin or another sweet treat. I’ve noticed that during the weekdays the coffee can sometimes taste burnt or off, but on weekends it’s always good. You can clearly see they take the time to wash the jug before making a new coffee, and the texture always comes out perfect. Wish all the best to Mal in his new journey with his new job and all the luck to Boho cafe. I’m sure he will be missed by many.

Shout out to Mal and Roberto! They’re such great baristas. I went in today and got a lovely coffee, completely different from the one I had on Wednesday. This time it actually tasted great, and I was pleasantly surprised. Got a caramel latte. The boys are quick, friendly, and already know my order after just one visit. The café could definitely use more staff like them!

Absolutely loved Boho Café! The food and atmosphere are great, and it’s such a brilliant idea to have a café like this right in the hospital. It makes a huge difference for patients and visitors alike.
