I would like to give a special thanks to Lynne for her outstanding service at this KFC branch. She showed an incredible sense of responsibility in carefully sorting and arranging recycling items into the correct bins. Lynne was also extremely patient and supportive when helping customers, especially elderly people, to choose and order their meals — always with a smile and kindness. Her excellent customer service, respectful communication, and positive attitude made the whole experience truly enjoyable. I also noticed her delivering food to customers in their cars with great care and respect, which shows her professionalism and dedication. Honestly, because of Lynne’s attitude and service, I decided to return to this KFC branch again for my next meal — even though I had originally planned to try other restaurants in the area. She completely changed my mind. Thank you, Lynne, for making the difference! 👏
