Last Monday, my family and I went to Cardiff Bay and had dinner at Subway. There were six of us. Shaif was alone at the store and he served all of us. He served everyone with great care and skill, and the salad was fresh too. He had fun with my kids and even apologized for the delay, as he was the only one working and felt it was taking longer than usual. He was very cheerful and humorous. Despite us ordering quite a few sandwiches, he packed everything nicely for us. Due to the rush, we couldn’t chat with Shaif that day. I hope we get a chance to talk to him next time. I hope see you soon.

Amazing experience at this Subway! I was visited 18 July on Friday. The team working two boys and one girl were all super friendly and efficient. One of the employee at the counter, even helped me get a 50% discount through the app, which was a really nice surprise and much appreciated! My sandwich was made perfectly with fresh ingredients, and the store was clean and welcoming. The store was busy. But, Great service and great food definitely. Highly recommended!

This was the best Subway sandwich my wife and I have had in years, and the nicest subway chain. When we arrived Saiful was cleaning, keeping the resturant spotless, and he proceeded to make us the perfect versions of our standard orders. Packed expertly, with care No overflowing no leakage, even though we always order all the veg (yes seriously all). Saiful deserves recognition and a raise ! We loved it. To compare cardiff city centre subway is awful and genuinely put me off the chain. Saiful has single handedly reinvigorated my taste for Subway.
