Food is always good from Caerphilly, but check your order before driving away as there is always something missing from the order. Every single time we order from there, they either get something wrong and we end up with something we did not order, or we end up having to drive back to get something that was not put in. So frustrating 🤨😡😤

The atmosphere at this McDonald’s was bouncing, and Calum was a big part of it! He was full of energy, super friendly, and kept everything running smoothly while making sure everyone was taken care of. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job, cracking jokes, handling orders quickly, and keeping the team upbeat. Calum made the whole experience feel lively and fun — definitely a standout employee!

Calum at Caerphilly McDonald’s is a decent guy and usually gets the job done, but let’s just say he’s not winning any awards for precision. Friendly service, quick with the orders… except for the one time he got a little too enthusiastic and sent a burger flying. Still, he handled it with a laugh and made things right, so points for recovery!
