Upon arrival we had to wait around for well over 5 minutes for anyone to arrive at the check in point. The food itself was great but they missed items of our chosen starters and again with our mains. We were a table of 8 and our food, both starters and mains, came out very fragmented with some finishing their food before others had received it. We cancelled one dish as it arrived after the third time of asking, after we’d finished eating. Given the service we received I feel it was overpriced for what was an average experience.

My beautiful boyfriend took me to the ivy asia for my birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and the cocktails were so good 😍 The staff were so lovely and made my birthday really special 🎉
