I have been to this branch with my family once as well as to Touro in Wimbledon. The food is very good and the gentleman who kept bringing the meat was very attentive and even said that he had made a little steak for me, for my last piece and how would I like it seasoned? That was a delightful touch. So 5 stars there. But I had ordered a fruit drink which they had prepared and it was sitting on the bar for a while with the only one waitress nowhere to be seen. I was halfway through my food ( I did ask for my drink but they said it was coming). I finally got up and took the drink myself, with the bartenders saying someone will bring it to the table. When? An hour later? And if you want the buffet and the meat, the price is £45. It’s £29 if you just want the meat but I could not eat so much meat without vegetables so I chose the buffet as well as the meat. It’s definitely cheaper at Touro, their sister restaurant in Wimbledon which is always mega busy. I think if they brought down the price, the place would not be so empty because the food and the service ( apart from the drink incident) are definitely good. I can’t give more than 4 stars.
