In my opinion this has now declined as the BEST TAI RESTERAUNT in Burgess Hill. The food is not made from fresh ingredients ie. chillie flakes ect get a Tai Chef who knows how to cook and Ill come back with better comments.

It used to be our favourite Thai restaurant under the old owners Mimi and Jaew. I'm pleased to say it was still good under the new owner and many of the flavours and menu items were the same as before, with a few notable differences. One major downside was the portion size. They used to serve 2x fillets of sea bass and even on the menu it still states 2x fillets of fish (meaning a whole fish filleted). Sadly, this is not the case and you just get one small fillet cut in half to make 2x pieces. It's half the size as before, and therefore double the price at £16.99 per portion! The flavour was however nice, but not as hot as expected. The signature corn cakes had also changed the recipe. Instead of light and crunchy like fritters, they were dry and stodgy like a scone. Still nice flavour and the dipping sauce was still good, just different. The mussels starter had a very good flavour, just perfect in fact, only let down by the fact you only get about 10x tiny mussels which is less than half the amount they used to serve. The price may not have gone up at this restaurant, but the portion size has sadly gone down! The restaurant interior has improved under the new owners and the service was friendly by our young waitress. It's still worth a visit, it's just not quite as good as before. We would certainly go back if we were passing. Enjoy..
