I go to this Gregg's quite a lot but today was exceptional service. Basically. I ordered my breakfast sandwich and orange juice and I had a free hot drink from octopus energy. I forgot to add my hash browns to the deal, but the guy behind the counter sorted that out. I got my hot drink but when I added my sugar and I don't know if the lids are new (they look quite new) when I put the lid on the whole cup buckled and the whole drink went absolutely everywhere. The girl who ran out from the counter was totally reassuring and upbeat about the situation. Even though it was clearly a very embarrassing situation, they made me a fresh drink, cleaned it up in seconds and I was on my way l, feeling much better, Thank you very much. (After taking this picture i dropped the cup and the new lid saved my bacon, which is what sandwich i went for)
