Honestly I just like the wings from hooters. I never expect any good service from them. I have to preface that I'm Asian, so I never get the same service that European or American tourists get. The place was pretty empty when I was there, about 4 other patrons, took a while to get a seat. Had to pretty much gesture wildly for service. The service is pretty poor surprisingly. While I was here someone even dined and dashed without paying (I was observing and a 'freelancer' chatted him up) I guess that reflects the attentiveness when even with just 4 other patrons, someone can get away with that. The patron would not be picked off by the freelancer if the staff showered him with attention (its only 4 people and there was 4+ staff, honestly there's no reason for that to happen in a establishment like this) Wings are fire though. Love them.
