Standard obsługi klienta pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Ostatnie 3 razy z rzędu, kiedy odwiedzałam to miejsce, moje doświadczenia były negatywne. Za 1. razem przy zamówieniu 2 porcji makaronu na lunch otrzymaliśmy 2 porcje pizzy (po zwróceniu uwagi dania zostały po jakimś czasie wymienione). Za 2. razem oczekiwaliśmy prawie 0,5 godziny na podanie zup i przystawek - również z menu lunchowego (ponadto najpierw podane zostały zupy, a dopiero po jakimś czasie przystawki) - a danie główne, czyli makaron z ragout wołowym, było zdecydowanie przesolone (zarówno sam makaron, jak i sos - nie dałam rady zjeść całego do końca). Za 3. razem zamówiliśmy 3 porcje makaronu z menu lunchowego i 1 pizzę. 3 osoby otrzymały makaron, natomiast zdążyły go już zjeść, a pizza nadal nie została przyniesiona do stolika. Dopiero gdy się o nią upomniałam (od przyniesienia makaronów minęło ok. 20 min), dostałam ją po paru minutach (niestety byłam zmuszona zabrać ze sobą na wynos). Ponadto, gdy zwróciliśmy na to uwagę, otrzymaliśmy informację, że jest to "normą" (!) i powtarzającą się sytuacją, gdyż lokal ma dwie kuchnie - jedną od pizzy, a drugą od innych dań, a więc często zdarza się, że niemożliwe jest jednoczesne podanie dań. Wydaje mi się pewnym standardem, by wszyscy goście przy stole mogli zjeść posiłek w tym samym czasie, a nie 20-30 minutowym odstępie... Po otrzymaniu informacji o tym, że w lokalu tym nie jest to jednak jako standard traktowane, czujemy się zniechęceni do dalszych wizyt... Nie przekonuje zbytnio do tego także samo jedzenie. Jest okej, jednak często dość zróżnicowane jeśli chodzi o poziom (zdarzają się dania całkiem smaczne albo jak makaron wyżej - bardzo nieudane), więc trudno ocenić, choć jako całokształt raczej przeciętne i niewyróżniające się zanadto.

Zapomniano o moim zamówieniu, koleżanka zjadła i zapomniała. Dopiero gdy złapaliśmy kelnerkę przyniesiono mi pizzę dnia… ale była bardzo słona (zapewne ser). Ogólnie pozytywne miejsce… ale tego dnia obsługa była… roztargniona.

A bit mixed feelings about this one. The starter (beef tartare) was very good, the pizza was okay. The middle dough was so thin and soggy that you had no chance of even eating it with your hands. The service was also a bit slow. The overall taste of the pizza was great though.
