Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Lage ist klasse, das Restaurant ist nicht überladen, die Service Kräfte sind allesamt top organisiert und überaus freundlich. Die Schwester vom Vincenz Klink hat über alles ein Auge, und organisiert alles perfekt. Die Weinkarte ist riesig und sollte für jeden Gast etwas passendes finden. Das Essen ist genial, nicht so verschnörkelt wie in vielen Sternerestaurants. Wir haben das 5 Gänge Menü gegessen, welches einfach geschmacklich top war, die Portionen der einzelnen Gerichte waren absolut ausreichend. Man könnte auch ala card essen. Die Preise sind natürlich hoch, aber auch gerechtfertigt.

Wunderschöne Räume und Lage. Sehr schmackhafte, teilweise ganz klassische Gerichte überwiegend aus der regionalen Küche, hervorragende Weine. Wo findet man einen z.B. geschmorten Schweinefuß oder Kalbskopf, hervorragende Kutteln? Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Abend verbracht.
