Pas de doute, c’est un vrai cuisinier derrière les fourneaux. Les goûts sont marqués, les sauces soyeuses. Canette et Lieu en plat. Un régal. Bel accompagnement de légumes de saison, avec plusieurs cuissons… une réussite. Un peu déçue par la salade de fraises en dessert. Il y avait vraiment 3 fraises et l’ensemble manquait de gourmandise. Comme on termine le repas par le dessert, on reste un peu sur sa faim. Contraste saisissant avec le dessert maison mi chocolat caramel. Là c’est un vrai dessert. Très gourmand, très peu sucré qui permet de finir en beauté. Très belle carte des vins et service soigné très pro.
