My recent visit was unfortunately marred by the unfriendly and tense demeanor of the bar staff. The atmosphere was uncomfortable from the start. When a member of the staff shouted, "Who's next?" I politely identified myself. Despite there being no one else claiming to be next, she then questioned me again with clear skepticism, asking, "Are you next?" This unnecessary and confrontational interaction left me feeling singled out. As the only foreign-presenting patron in the establishment, I was left with the distinct and unpleasant impression that I was being treated with suspicion based on my appearance.
