Відвідали піцерію Мама Мія з дітьми. Це позиціонується як сімейний заклад і має дитячу кімнату, однак офіціанти неодноразово робили зауваження, щоб діти не бігали по залу. Вважаю, що якщо ресторан називає себе сімейним, то потрібно розуміти, що діти поводяться по-особливому – вони активні, рухливі, і це природно. Наявність дитячої кімнати створює враження, що тут дітям раді, але на практиці складається інше враження. На мою думку, у сімейному закладі персонал має бути більш лояльним до дітей та з розумінням ставитися до їхньої поведінки.
