Yıllardır listemde olan Pera’nın klasiklerinden Pizzeria Pera’ya arkadaşımın daveti vesilesiyle ilk kez bu yaz gelebildim ve burayla tanıştığıma çok memnunum! Serdar Bey gerçekten müthiş bir özenle harika bir menü çıkarmış, şahane ekip arkadaşlarıyla senelerdir bu mekana can veriyor. Denediğimiz her şeyin lezzetine bayıldım - mutlaka gelmenizi öneririm. Negroniyle akşamımıza güzel bir başlangıç yaptık. Burası sadece pizzalarıyla meşhur değil, başlangıçlar ve makarnalar da şahane! Şeftali salatası, Antep fıstığı ve limon zestli burrata ile ferah bir başlangıcın ardından leziz bir karides denedik. Mekanın en beğenilen başlangıçlarından Focaccia Croccante alışageldiğimiz focaccialardan değil, hatırladığım kadarıyla daha çok Ligurya ve Cenova taraflarında yapılan çıtır ve ince yapıda bir ekmek, tadı çok güzeldi. Parmigiana di Melanzane ise patlıcan sevenlerin bayılacağı bir başlangıç! Makarnalar çok güzel pişmiş ve sosla bütünleşmiş, kendi damak zevkinize en uygun malzemeli olanı tercih edebilirsiniz. Pizzalara gelecek olursak, ben normalde ince dilim pizzaları pek tercih etmiyorum ama buradaki lezzete bayıldım. Kaliteli malzemeler kullanılarak yapılan pizzanın tadı bir başka🫠 Romantik bir ortamda İtalyan lezzetlerinin tadına varmak için ideal bir nokta olmuş - tavsiye ederim!
