Zeer lekker, zeer verfijnd. Eigenlijk was alles top behalve de bediening. Die was zeker vriendelijk, maar onpersoonlijk en vrij kil. We hadden het idee dat alles een beetje werd afgerammeld, eigenlijk zero persoonlijk contact. Jammer want dat verwacht je toch bij zo'n zaak :-)

Karel de Stoute, der Karl der Kühne, ist kulinarisch vielleicht auch kühn, auf jeden Fall aber sehr einfallsreich und überzeugend. In stilvollem Ambiente eines alten Hauses im romantischen Patershol-Viertel Gents genossen wir das 6-Gänge-Menu - welch schöne und bereichernde Erlebnisse für Augen und Geschmack! Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend, die begleitenden Weine gut und auch reichlich, insgesamt ein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einziges kleines Manko: Mein Kalbsfilet war ein klein wenig zu durch. Sonst eine absolute Empfehlung!

Zeer attent en vriendelijke omgang. Je voelt je welkom en gastvrije bediening. Heerlijke topgerechtjes met verfijnde ingrediënten en royaal aanbod van hapjes. De koffie is echt een verwennerij. Mooi buitenterras met gezellige sfeer.
