Was soll ich sagen, ich wohne hier seit Jahrzehnten. Damals vor der Grenzöffnung war Bamberg ein Recht verschlafenes Provinzstädtchen. Seit Bamberg 1993 aber Weltkulturerbe wurde, gibt es steil bergauf. Gut, die bis zu 5.000 Touris pro Tag muss man verkraften. Dafür wohnt man einen Steinwurf von der Regnitz entfernt aber auch wirklich bevorzugt. Damals belächelt, dass man in einem "Vogelhäuschen" wohnt, heute würden viele vieles geben, wenn sie tauschen könnten. Wer hätte das gedacht. Am wenigsten die Leute, die im Bamberger Umland große Villen mit 1000 m2 Grund haben und jetzt im Alter wieder in die Stadt wollen (Arzt, Apotheke, Kneipen, Cafés, Einkaufen usw.). Bamberg wird nicht umsonst auch die Traumstadt der Deutschen genannt...
