Heerlijk gegeten bij Restaurant Dijk9 samen met mijn vrouw. Vanaf het eerste gerecht tot het laatste hapje was het een feestje! Alles perfect bereid en erg mooi gepresenteerd. We hebben o.a. genoten van sticky gamba, pata negra, coquilles, tonijn, truffelpizza, buikspek en kreeft Thermidor. Stuk voor stuk topgerechten! De bediening was vriendelijk, attent en zorgde ervoor dat het ons aan niets ontbrak. Een absolute aanrader voor wie wil genieten van een avond culinair verwennen.

Wàt lekker hebben we hier gegeten met vrienden! Een vier gangen menu met uitstekende bijpassende wijnen met goede uitleg over herkomst. Eén klein dingetje dat me irriteerde, een "rennende" ober geeft een onprettig haastig gevoel aan de gasten. Alsof je er steeds "even" tussendoor kan, jammer! Maar ondanks dat, de ober was wel zéér vriendelijk, hebben we een heerlijke avond gehad en lekker buiten gegeten!
