It was nice clean japanese meat. There was no need to hide the flavour of the meat with seasonings or sauces. To my wife and I this was a very authentic Japanese style bbq experience. Including the uncomfortable stool seats. It definitely reminded us of our time in Kyoto. The restaurant was clean and enjoyable.
