Hands down the best steak we had while in Edinburgh. We follow the carnivore diet & were disappointed by how many steakhouses use rapeseed oil & prepackaged bone marrow. Then we found the Spanish Butcher 🙌🏻 everything prepared with BUTTER - we thoroughly enjoyed a tomahawk ribeye with the bone marrow appetizer-divine!!! Highly recommend

Had lunch (strictly the entire afternoon) here. I cannot recommend the meal highly enough. At £25 for two courses I thought it was excellent value. Drinks are reasonable as well. We agreed to repeat in a couple of months.
