Booked afternoon tea here after touring the Royal Yacht Britannia, and I was a bit disappointed. The service was extremely slow, though the staff was kind. I also didn’t feel the service was worth the price in the end. There wasn’t anything “wow” about it, which was disappointing at almost $100 USD. I was seated interior in the restaurant, so it felt like any other location as opposed to being on a boat. I will say the tea itself was nice as were a few of the bites. The scones were hard, though. I’d recommend somewhere else for tea in Edinburgh.
