Tipicamente i ristoranti a Edimburgo chiudono molto prima rispetto ai locali in Italia e trovare da mangiare e' quasi sempre difficoltoso, sopratutto se non si é ancora entrati nei ritmi scozzesi o se si e' andati a fare qualche tour nelle High Lands. Siamo riusciti a contattare il proprietario, il quale ci ha tenuto aperto oltre le 22; per questo motivo e per il fatto che il personale e' gentilissimo non posso che dare 5 stelle al servizio. L'ambiente e' moderno e poco rumoroso quindi anche qui la mia valutazione e' stata ottima. Infine passiamo al cibo dove riuscirete ad accontentare qualsiasi palato o regime alimentare con piatti gustosi ed a un buon prezzo.
