Great experience in Edinburgh must try

Tasting menus can be a bit intimidating, but this was so accessible and relaxed. We both had the cocktail pairings, which were really well thought out. A particular highlight was Black Hole + Photon Drift - a real flavour harmony. Dessert was also delicious. Our booking was pretty late in the evening and we were served by several staff members as a result, where maybe we would have preferred one staff member from start to finish, but sometimes this can't be helped. Well worth a visit. Thanks for having us.

I had someone make queerphobic comments while I was there, both to me, and to the manager. Obviously I was fairly upset and so was my partner. The manager however, completely stood up for me and was amazing. The food at six is always top notch, and I cannot recommend the experience highly enough. They turned what would have been a sour evening into something we could properly enjoy, making both of us feel so explicitly safe. Thank you to the staff here. From the bottom of our hearts 💕
