OMG! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT RAGU PASTA ! The Carbonara guanciali came straight from Italy and you can not go wrong with it ! The chef is brilliant and truly knows what Carbonara is. The cream, "which has no cream," but is cheese and time cooking delicately then the pasta is gently tossed in. The guanciali is plentiful and absolutely delicious ! This is a must try dish and you will not go wrong!
