Great spot for Indian vegetarian snacks and chaats! Tried the samosas, aloo tikki, and samosa chaat — all fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The chaat had the perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and crunchy. Masala chai was a great addition. Good vegetarian options, authentic taste, and prices are reasonable. Definitely recommended for chaat lovers!

We visited Kahani Indian Street Food in Edinburgh on Tuesday, 19/8/2025, and it was a good experience as always. We ordered lamb biryani, prawn curry, naan bread, chips, and a cold cola. The food was delicious and flavorful, as expected from this restaurant, though the prices are relatively high compared to similar places in Glasgow. The location is excellent, close to Princess Street, making it easy to reach while exploring the area. The service is good and the atmosphere is comfortable, making it an enjoyable experience for Indian food lovers.
