Having sampled many a burger in and around Edinburgh , Butta Burger was the latest place I discovered.. Put simply, it's a delicious, well cooked burger. Very satisfying.. I ordered crispy chicken strips as a starter with were great. For mains I opted for a with onion mayo and crispy onions on top. Again it was pretty great. I don't have any real complaints here to be honest. As far as a burger place goes its definitely worth checking out Staff were friendly. The interior was clean and spacious. Would recommend it, and I'll be heading back for another visit as soon as possible.

Definitely rate butta burger very highly. Even though it's a chain restaurant it's super high quality and very tasty. Is it the best burger In Edinburgh? Possibly. Not tried everywhere yet. It's definitely the best I've tried so far though. Everything tastes fresh and is packed full of flavour. Large portion of chips could probably feed 3 people. Both the quarter mile and george street venues are great and would highly recommend giving them a try.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My chicken burger was nothing more than plain bread and chicken, with no effort or creativity at all. My friend’s burger was no better – it tasted almost identical to something you would get at McDonald’s. The fries seemed to be frozen and were completely tasteless. I ordered the parmesan fries, but all I got was a little parmesan sprinkled on top, with no real flavor or interest. The only positive aspect of the evening was our waitress, who was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the food itself was a big letdown and I would not recommend this place.
