I had one of the worst dining experiences at Vela. The food was incredibly disappointing—bland, greasy, and lacked any authentic flavor. We waited over 20 minutes just to get our order, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t worth the wait. Every dish tasted like it had been sitting around for too long, and even the rice and naan were subpar. The service was slow and indifferent, with staff barely paying attention to the tables. Overall, it was a complete letdown. I’ve had amazing Indian food elsewhere, but this place completely missed the mark. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Overpriced for the small variety of food and the food itself were all very spices, having similar taste. This new version (shahi palace or something) is worse than before. No kids food options. Would not reccomend.
