Went to Subway with my son and had a lovely experience. My son has special needs and the brazilian girl who served us was really kind, respectful and friendly. I tried to give her a tip but she wouldn’t take it. she honestly made our day thanks

I had a very disappointing experience at your store today. I showed the staff an email from the Subway team regarding the “make my own sub” option, but they told me that their Subway is different from all others. When I asked for sauces, instead of helping, they started arguing with me. I then requested to speak with a manager, but they refused, saying they would not call one just because of sauces. This behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I feel customers should be treated with more respect.

We ordered two jacket potatoes and a chicken tikka wrap. Both jacket potatoes were barely warm, almost at room temperature, and not hot enough to melt the cheese. The small amount of butter also left them dry, so they were not enjoyable at all. The wrap was relatively small — noticeably smaller than those from Dunnes or Spar — and it wasn’t tasty either. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
