Spent a night out here with my girlfriend for her birthday and we could not stop talking about this experience until the next day. The food was incredible, all “simple” foods were turned into exquisite tastes, something as regular as an egg got turned into a course that I even forgot I was eating egg in general, the tastes merged so well together that I never once complained I tasted too much of one thing. I do really love this restaurant because not only is the menu good, but, the menus change. Once you get this, or miss it, you wont get it again, and thats the beauty of it. Every single time it will feel fresh, like a new restaurant. Its truly an amazing idea. While it is on the pricier side (especially because we got the pairing cocktails & wines), it was still incredible to experience as some of the cocktails were amongst the best ive ever had in general. The wine pairings also made the food stand out. Truly great choices, must have taken a lot of time and testing to truly find the best flavours to accommodate both the meal and the drink.

My husband and I had the trust menu at the weekend and everything was fantastic from the food to the service and it was such a unique experience. We have already booked to come again with friends. Highly recommend.

2nd time back to Six by Nico Dublin and again, it did not disappoint! We had the Space menu including the Aperitif, Snacks, and the Secret course (Tasty, very unique and was quite literally defying gravity. Highly recommend 😆). Everything was absolutely delicious especially the "Last Harvest". We would also like to mention Seb, we remember him from our first visit and we were looked after by him again on this one and made sure we had everything we needed - Seb you're amazing! and to all staff thank you so much! Cannot wait to visit again!
