Got my order wrong, when I came back to change it they were aware as they’d given my sandwich to someone else who had returned it. They apologised and said they were remaking it. What they actually did was retoast the sandwich which had been handled by another customer already. I called and the person agreed that’s what happened and apologised. Incredibly unhygienic
