The starter and main course absolute five star, incredible, well done chef. The desert needs work on- knickerbocker glory was poor attempt and such a pity that deserts don't match the brilliant starter and mains. What brings my rating down to 3 star is the service- it is so poor, Roxanne is missed bigtime, she ran a brilliant ship. No water offered/provided to us until I requested it ..no monitoring of tables/topping up wine..no one asked would we like another drink/bottle when bottle was finished ...no desert menu provided ..again had to ask..training needs to be provided to all waiting staff on these very basic elements of waiting service.
