I visited Hellfire in Dublin with high expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the ambiance was genuinely impressive – stylish, intimate, and inviting. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere alone earns a solid five stars. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the same standard. I ordered the ribeye medium rare, but what I received was closer to rare – and while I appreciate the natural marbling of this cut, nearly half of my steak was inedible fat. The garlic mushrooms lacked seasoning and felt like an afterthought. On the brighter side, the truffle Parmesan fries were decent, and the desserts were the highlight of the meal – creative, well-executed, and genuinely enjoyable. What left a sour taste was the bill: €145 for two steaks, a glass of wine each, tap water, and two desserts. Given the quality of the mains and sides, the experience felt overpriced and unbalanced. Overall, Hellfire gets top marks for service and setting, but the food – particularly at this price point – needs to catch up.

Beautiful decor and amazing food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Raphael who took care of my special night with my girls. I’ll definitely come back and recommend to my friend. The only downside is the drinks menu. Cocktail options would be a plus.
